DYNAMICS
Household members commit to live for one year at Schoenstatt Heights, with the possibility of renewing their stay for an additional year.
Together with the Sister who serves as Household Director, the members will decide each year on the details of their community life, including times of prayer, formation, mission experiences, etc.

LIVING SPACE
There will be space for up to eight residents, each in a private bedroom, with shared bathrooms. A common dining and living room will be available.
The Sisters also have their private and community living quarters in the house. A kitchen and a laundry room will be available for shared use with the Sisters.
There is a small chapel in the house where Jesus is present in the Blessed Sacrament day and night.
COST
In order to help cover the expenses of running the house, members are asked to pay a monthly rent of:
$550/mo. for regular-sized rooms
$475/mo. for small rooms
Cost includes utilities.
Parking is offered at no cost in the lot behind the house. Four garage stalls are available for a small monthly rate.

Schoenstatt Heights is the home and center of the local Schoenstatt Movement in the Diocese of Madison. The property includes:

THE SHRINE
Our Marian Shrine is the heart of Schoenstatt Heights!
Like all Schoenstatt Shrines, it is an inconspicuous but powerful place of grace and pilgrimage where our Blessed Mother shelters and transforms the hearts of her visitors and draws them close to her divine Son.
THE LAND
The shrine and house are nestled in a beautiful, wooded area surrounded by more than 50 acres of farmland, all within the city limits of Madison.

- Across the street from Metro Market, Twisted Grounds Coffee Shop, Great Dane Pub, Chocolate Shoppe Ice Cream Co, Papa Murphy’s Pizza, etc.
- Five miles from Capitol Square.
- City of Madison Metro Transit’s bus stop (#7334 – Route C) located by the entrance of the property.
- Capital City State Trail can be accessed from Cottage Grove Road.
